Wellness Wednesday: Gratitude

Let’s talk about gratitude. Gratitude is the single greatest predictor of well-being. That means if we do just one thing to contribute to our wellness it should be having a daily practice of gratitude. Make a list of 3 things you are grateful for each day, this will take planned intention on your part and will significantly shift your perspective to search for things in your life to be grateful for. Watch how quickly this practice will have your mind focused on looking for things to be grateful.
